Roadmap

I have a small roadmap laying on my desk
It helps me to travel and always be at my best.

Its like a blueprint for my life
Sometimes I have to look at it more than twice

Its red and black and laid out on white
Even helps me through the darkness of night

Its like an open book for all to read
On its pages is everything I will ever need

It shows me the wrong ways not to turn
If I study it hard, many things I learn

There are many winding and curvy roads
Wrong turn means caring a heavy load

I study it daily so as not to get lost
The price is high, but Jesus paid the cost

Its a free road map now for you and for me
Its open wide for all the world to see.
