Christmas Again

Its Christmas again and my birthday
so this is what it means to me.

Thank you for giving me this another day:
To show you my love in many different ways:
A hug and a kiss will very well do:
This is a gift coming from me to you:

I get to sit beneath the Christmas tree:
While the family gathers around to look at me:
I get a new dress and this year a new chair:
Because it's a long time I sit there:

But that's okay I love the laugher and joy:
Sometimes I even get a new toy:
But most of all from the family I love:
I get kisses and all kinds of hugs:

I watch as the gifts they open with care:
I look around and the family is all there:
This is what Christmas is all about:
When everyone leaves I jump up and shout:
