Dreams of Life

As she lay there sleeping with dreams in her head
She curled up in her fluffy little bed.
To be a cheer leader was her dreams of life to be
To dance and jump and scream for all the world to see.

But as she looked around her to her surprise
All the other girls grown right before her eyes.
She was 4 foot tall and there was all the rest
Standing high above her, now was the test.

This was her dream so she wanted it to come true
Then she knew what she had to do.
She was the head cheer leader so with her they had to cheer
They picked her up on their shoulders and tossed her to the rear.

Then opened up the way and screamed as loud as they could
We knew you could do it Kelsey we knew you would.
'Go Kelsey, Go Kelsey'  were their cheers that day
Her dream had come true in every possible way.

So she shook from her dream and smiled a great big smile:
Knew that some day she would really cheer in style:
